Vision & Objectives

Embracing and celebrating everyone who comes through our doors, for who they uniquely are.

Our vision

Helping people live well with dementia

“To make a real difference to the families, carers and people living with dementia in Worcestershire and the West Midlands, by providing free support and services that make a positive difference to their lives. We seek to embrace and celebrate all of those who come through our doors for who they uniquely are and who they were, and help them to live well with dementia.”

Our objectives

What we set out to do

Unique Minds, part of the LAMEHLAK Charitable Foundation (charity number 1206326), exists to support people living with dementia and their families and carers across the West Midlands and Worcestershire.

Our aims are to relieve the needs of people before and after a dementia diagnosis, and by extension their families and carers, through the provision of free support, advice and dementia focused services at our planned centre and through our outreach programme across the wider area.

Our centre will welcome all families living with dementia, primarily serving communities across Worcestershire and the West Midlands.

Why it matters
